All Set Ventures LLC (“All Set”, “we”, “us”) provides garment care services through smart lockers in residential buildings. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect
When you book a consultation
Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the booking questions, such as your building name or role. Calendly also records the time of your booking and your timezone.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we keep the contents of that message along with your contact details, so we can respond and keep track of the conversation.
When you use the All Set service
If you become a customer, we collect the information needed to run the service: your name, contact details, your building and locker location, the orders you place, the items in them, and your order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
When you visit this website
We do not use website analytics or advertising trackers on allseteveryday.com. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. Pages that include the Calendly booking widget load content from Calendly, which may set its own cookies.
How we use it
- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on consultations
- To provide garment care services and communicate about orders
- To respond to questions, requests, and claims
- To send you emails about All Set, including updates and offers, where you have booked a consultation or asked to hear from us
- To operate, secure, and improve our service
- To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations
Email from us
If you book a consultation or give us your email, we may email you about All Set, including service updates, availability in your building, and occasional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or writing to care@allseteveryday.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about an order you have placed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information with service providers who work on our behalf and are permitted to use it only for that purpose:
- Scheduling (Calendly) for consultation bookings
- Website hosting (Vercel)
- Email and productivity providers for correspondence
- Payment processing for customer orders
- Garment care partners who clean and finish orders
- Professional advisers, including insurers and legal counsel, where necessary
We may share information with your building’s management where it is needed to operate the service in that building, such as confirming that the locker installation is in use. We do not share the contents of your orders with building staff.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation and enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer and order records are kept for the length of the relationship and then for the period required by tax, accounting, and insurance obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Provide a copy of that information
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Stop sending you marketing email
New York residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws such as California, may have additional rights, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. To make a request, email care@allseteveryday.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, and we work with established providers for hosting, scheduling, and payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
All Set is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let affected customers know.
